Payment is required before scheduled consultations unless otherwise stated.Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Policy
Because consultation services reserve dedicated appointment time, refunds are generally not provided after services have been delivered.Digital products, downloadable resources, and educational materials are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
