For Healthcare Professionals
A fertility pharmacist helping patients feel more informed, prepared, and supported between visits.
PharmMom Consulting partners with healthcare professionals by providing pharmacist-led fertility education, medication support, workshops, and practical resources that complement the care patients already receive.
Fertility care can feel overwhelming for patients. They may leave appointments with new medications, treatment instructions, supplement questions, lab results, online information, and concerns they did not have time to fully process.
My role is not to replace the care you provide. My goal is to reinforce education, improve medication understanding, help patients organize questions, and support informed conversations with their healthcare team.
PharmMom Consulting can support patients at many stages of the fertility journey, including:
Family Planning & Preconception
For patients who are beginning to think about growing their family and want to feel more prepared before pregnancy or fertility care.
Support may include education around medication safety, prenatal vitamins, supplement considerations, lifestyle factors, fertility timelines, and questions to discuss with their healthcare provider.
Trying to Conceive
For patients who have recently started trying or have been trying without success and feel unsure about next steps.
Support may include education around ovulation, common fertility terminology, fertility testing basics, medication considerations, evidence-informed supplement discussions, and preparing for provider or specialist appointments.
Fertility Evaluation
For patients beginning fertility workups who feel overwhelmed by testing, appointments, and unfamiliar language.
Support may include education around common fertility labs, imaging and diagnostic procedures, male factor fertility considerations, common treatment pathways, and questions to ask during appointments.
Fertility Treatment Preparation
For patients preparing for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF, egg freezing, embryo transfer, or other fertility-related care.
Support may include education around fertility medications, injection preparation, medication schedules, side effect expectations, storage and administration guidance, and treatment preparation.
During IVF or Assisted Reproductive Treatment
For patients who need additional time to understand and organize information outside of clinic visits.
Support may include medication education, cycle preparation, egg retrieval education, embryo transfer education, medication adherence strategies, common medication concerns, and organizing questions to bring back to their fertility team.
After Treatment
For patients who need continued educational support after treatment, regardless of outcome.
Support may include education around medication transitions, early pregnancy medication questions, supplement considerations, preparing for future treatment cycles, understanding follow-up recommendations, and support after unsuccessful cycles.

A Collaborative, Supportive Role
As a licensed pharmacist with specialized training in fertility care, I provide evidence-informed education while respecting each provider’s treatment plan.
PharmMom Consulting does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe fertility treatment, order labs, manage treatment plans, or replace medical care.
Instead, PharmMom serves as an educational resource to help patients better understand fertility medications, treatment-related terminology, supplement considerations, and questions to bring back to their licensed healthcare providers.
When patients feel more informed and prepared, they are often better able to participate in their care and communicate with their healthcare team.
Referral Process
Referring patients is simple. Patients may:
Schedule a free consultation through the PharmMom website
Be referred directly by your office
Attend a workshop or educational session
Use PharmMom educational resources for additional support
Request individualized fertility education support when appropriate
I encourage patients to maintain communication with their healthcare team and to bring medical decision-making back to their treating provider.
