Hi, I’m Dr. Trang Hubbard
I’m a pharmacist, fertility educator, mom, and the founder of PharmMom Consulting. I created PharmMom to help individuals and couples feel more informed, prepared, and supported as they navigate fertility decisions, treatment options, medications, and the many questions that come up along the way.
My goal is to make fertility education feel less overwhelming and more approachable — like sitting down with someone who understands both the science and the real-life emotions behind the journey.
My Background as a Pharmacist
For more than a decade, I’ve helped patients understand medications, ask better questions, and feel more confident in their healthcare decisions. As a pharmacist, I know how confusing treatment plans, medication instructions, supplements, and medical terminology can feel — especially when emotions are high and appointments move quickly.
That experience shaped the way I approach fertility education. I believe people deserve clear explanations, practical guidance, and support that helps them participate more confidently in their care.
Why Fertility Education Became Personal
My connection to fertility care is not only professional — it’s personal.
I went through IVF myself, and even with my pharmacy background, I remember how overwhelming the process could feel. There were medications to understand, appointments to prepare for, decisions to make, and moments where I wished there was more time to ask questions and process what everything meant.
That experience gave me a deeper understanding of what so many individuals and couples feel during the fertility journey: the uncertainty, the hope, the information overload, and the desire to feel more prepared.

PharmMom is here to complement that care by providing education, medication support, workshops, and practical resources that help you better understand your options and feel more prepared for conversations with your healthcare team.
My role is not to replace your provider, direct your treatment, or make medical decisions for you. My role is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you take your next step.
