FERTILITY EDUCATION FROM A PHARMACIST WHO’S BEEN THERE
If fertility information has left you with more questions than answers, you’re in the right place. I’m Trang—your PharmMom—and I’m here to make the medications, testing, and treatment process feel clearer.
You don’t have to figure all of this out alone.
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of help you need.
Exploring Fertility Options
Thinking about growing your family but not sure where to start? Get education on fertility health, common next steps, and questions to bring to your healthcare team.
Trying to Conceive
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next? Get guidance on what to consider, what to ask, and how to feel more prepared during this stage.
Understanding the Medications
Feeling overwhelmed with the medication list or treatment calendar? Get information on what the medications do, where they fit into the process, and what questions you should ask.
Preparing for Fertility Treatment
Starting IVF, IUI, egg freezing, or another treatment? Learn what to expect, how fertility medications fit into the process, and how to feel more confident before you begin.
Sometimes you just need someone to slow it down and explain.
My goal is to make reliable fertility education easier to find and easier to understand.
Through PharmMom, I’ll be sharing:
Videos that break down fertility topics in plain language
Live and recorded educational webinars
Fertility and IVF medication education
Checklists and questions to help you prepare for appointments
Conversations with trusted fertility and wellness professionals
Resources to help you find the right support for your needs
Some of this education will be available directly through PharmMom, and some will be created alongside healthcare professionals and community partners.
You can learn at your own pace, come back when you need a refresher, and use what you learn to have more informed conversations with your own care team.
I’ve spent more than a decade as a pharmacist helping people understand their medications and make informed healthcare decisions.
But fertility became personal for me when my husband and I went through IVF to have our son, Henry.
Even with my pharmacy background, I experienced how overwhelming fertility treatment can feel. Understanding the science didn’t take away the emotions, uncertainty, costs, waiting, or fear that came with the process.
That experience showed me how much people need someone who can slow things down, explain what all the information means, and help them feel a little less lost.
That’s why I created PharmMom.
I want this to feel like sitting down with someone you trust—someone who understands the science but also understands that this is your life, your family, and your hope for the future.
No pressure. No judgment. Just clear education, honest conversations, and support along the way.
I understand this from both sides.
When You Need More Personal Support
Most of the education I provide will be available through videos, webinars, and practical resources so that more people can access it.
I may also work privately with a small number of individuals who need more personalized fertility or medication education.
This might be helpful if you:
Are preparing to begin IVF or another fertility treatment
Feel overwhelmed by your medication plan
Need help organizing questions before an appointment
Want to better understand information you’ve already received
Aren’t sure which type of support or professional you need next
I intentionally keep private support limited. If you’re interested, you can send me a little information about where you are and what you need help understanding. I’ll let you know honestly whether I believe I’m the right person to support you—or help point you toward a better-fitting resource.
For Fertility and Wellness Professionals
I also love connecting with professionals who care about helping patients feel informed and supported.
I collaborate with fertility clinics, OB/GYN practices, pharmacists, acupuncturists, mental health professionals, nutrition professionals, and other community partners to make trustworthy fertility education more accessible.
That might look like:
Hosting a patient education webinar
Recording an educational conversation together
Creating a practical patient resource
Providing pharmacist-led medication education
Building a trusted referral network for people who need additional support
My goal isn’t to replace the care you provide. It’s to help patients better understand and participate in that care.
What would make this feel clearer today?
You don’t have to commit to a program or arrive with everything figured out. Start with one question, and I’ll help you find the most useful next step. You can reach me at info@pharmmom.com.
